Makes great coffee, but when pouring the water into the coffee maker, I always spill, because the slot is small and inconvenient. The coffee pot glass is also difficult to pour from because of the lid.
But I still love it!
Bought mine from a local Fred meyers, worked great out of the box but after a few uses the coffee stopped pouring into the pot and would flood the filter and make a mess, the solution to this was to move the pot just slightly so the little plunger above the pot was depressed...in other words you can't just set it and forget it, also the hot plate the pot sits on became loose and it now moves around, cant be to good with wires under there right? Pouring water into it can also be messy because of the small area in which to pour into. I see Krups also makes a stainless steel model and I bet it shares the same problems. I expected a better quality coffee maker because of the name but instead got junk, save your money and buy another brand.
